My Hound Heater™ won’t turn on, doesn’t get hot at all

The Hound Heater™ comes with a built-in thermostat.  Turn the dial to the desired temperature setting.  If the temperature drops below that setting and the unit does not come on, email us at houndheater@gmail.com
